YOU Turns

YOU Turns brings together around 40 partners, including government and community, who are All In on connecting children and youth to whom and what they need for success in school and life. They believe that success and hope look different for
everyone!

One of the innovative features of YOU Turns is the role of Strategic Coordinator: strategic coordinators walk beside youth who are at risk of disengaging from school and community. Through one-on-one mentorship, goal setting, and consistent support, they help young people rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a path forward. The focus is on early intervention, connection, and empowering youth to see their own potential.
