Peer Supported Housing

Peer Supported Housing, delivered in partnership with the Salvus Clinic, provides individuals experiencing chronic homelessness with a safe, stable place to live and access to wraparound supports. Residents receive peer support, healthcare
connections, and practical assistance that help them stabilize, improve their wellbeing, and begin rebuilding their lives. Housing is paired with dignity, respect, and community.
